On-Peak Pathways is an outreach and inspiration programme that connects young people with real stories, real careers, and real role models. Through interactive career talks and engaging workshops, students are introduced to the wide range of opportunities in engineering, aviation, and project management.
Our vision is to create a pipeline of informed, inspired, and confident young people who see themselves as future engineers, aviation specialists, project managers, and leaders in the built environment.
The mentorship circle is a structured yet flexible programme that pairs students (mentees) with professionals (mentors) in the built environment, aviation, and project management sectors.
